Partner Relationship Manager
Courtney Brookins is the Partner Relationship Manager at Habitat for Humanity Hamilton County. In this role, she works directly with Habitat’s prospective and current partner families. She guides them throughout the home ownership process from orientation, application, sweat equity and home maintenance. Serving needy families is the heart of Habitat for Humanity. Courtney enjoys working in this role because she has a passion to serve families in our community. Her role at Habitat also includes recruiting and training volunteers. This duo role allows her to work directly with the community and to create partnerships with individuals and groups who have a desire to serve their local community. Courtney is married to Kevin and they have 5 children. She is an Indianapolis native and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, with a Non-Profit Management concentration, from IUPUI. Courtney is member of Crossroads Bible Church and serves in their children’s ministry. Serving at Habitat, and knowing that she can help make a difference in the lives of people that need a hand up not a hand out only adds to her desire to give her finest to the organization. She values the opportunity to work alongside the organization's other staff members to develop more ways to fulfill the Habitat mission of putting God’s love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope.
