HOME funds are a grant program that provides funding to develop affordable housing for low and to moderately low income Hoosiers. Additionally, this HOME grant will provide the opportunity for Habitat for Humanity of Hamilton County to greatly expand its historical capacity to serve our partner families and build simple, decent, and affordable housing. Thanks to our partners at Habitat for Humanity of Indiana and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
